The new Spring and Summer dinner menu features traditional French dishes with a twist and family recipes from proprietor Karine Massartic-Favre. While The programming will still center around the cocotte, which is a favorite French casserole dish meant for sharing with family and friends, Summer will bring creative gazpacho and colorful salads to stay cool. Foie Gras has made its debut this Spring. You can savour it with the specialty Duck confit Burger Mac Couac Couac, in a gougère or Oeuf Cocotte as an appetizer.
Creme Brulée, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate moelleux with vanilla custard, Cafe Gourmand, Seasonal fruit tart will delight your taste buds for dessert.
Wine list selections by the glass and bottle continue to be augmented including unique French Champagnes, Chateau Margot, Sancerre, Bandol Rosé and sparkling wines.
