LE DINNER DE PRINTEMPS
After the success of le Dinner d’Automne, Owner and Chef Karine Massartic-Favre, curated Café Poêtes new Spring dinner menu a la carte to feature traditional French dishes with a creative twist. The Spring menu centers around savory refreshing Spring creations like the Strawberry tomato gazpacho and the duck confit salad with raspberries while still including now favorite creations like the Quenelle Soufflé, Raspberry panna-cotta, speculoos crème brûlée and Iced Nougat with strawberry sauce.
Wine selections by the glass and bottle include French champagnes, sparkling and organic wines from Prosecco to Vouvray and Cremant D’Alsace
Beverage service also includes wine-based cocktails like Café Poêtes’ signature Butterfly Lemonade, La Fleur de Poêtes made with sparkling wine and elderberry syrup, Kir Violet, and Titi Parisien.
