Inspired by travels to Paris over the Summer, Owner and Chef Karine Massartic-Favre, curated Café Poêtes Fall dinner menu to feature traditional French dishes with a creative twist. The result ended in this tantalizing three-course pre-fixe menu for $58 per person. The Fall menu centers around savory Fall creations like the Beef Bourguignon and the Quenelle Soufflé, while still including classic favorites like the Foie Gras Au Torchon. Savor the newly added Iced Nougat with Meringue ice cream, almond nougatine, honey, raisins in Rhum, and the Verbena Panna-Cotta with Verbena jelly, apple and pear compote with French verbena, and crumble.
Wine and beer list selections by the glass and bottle include French champagnes, sparkling and organic wines from Prosecco to Vouvray and Cremant D’Alsace, and French 1664 beer.
Beverage service also includes wine-based cocktails like Café Poêtes’ signature Butterfly Lemonade, La Fleur de Poêtes made with sparkling wine and elderberry syrup, Kir Violet, Mimosa, Apricot Tea, Titi Parisien, and White Sangria.
